Pre-sales Service:
We will help customer to choose the suitable and reasonable machine according to customers' machining requirement. And we will provide professional advice and machining presentation.
Technical Service:
1. Installation and Testing: Our engineer provide free installation and testing, and train local operator and mechanic; Buyer should bear the cost of flight ticket, food and hotel.
2. Technology Support: According to the finished product features, engineer will adjust related CNC machine parameters and train local operator and mechanic.
3. Guarantee: 12 Months after successful running; Any damage because of quality during 12 months, Seller will be responsible and provide the parts for free.
4. Within 24 Months, we provide software technology consulting service.
5. Spare Parts Supply: For providing better service, our company would like to provide the spares parts at the cost price.
