Before delivery, the machine is inspected carefully by our engineers, who will check the positioning and repeated positioning accuracy by the laser interferometer. The engineers will also inspect the machine geometrical accuracy and noise before delivering.

In order to make the sucessful running in customers' facgtory, we all test the machine with related workpiece and machining tools. For the whole testing process, our engineer checks and inspects it fully to reach highest standard.

All the CNC Vertical Machining Center parameters must be check according to manual. And the machine must run for 8 hours at full rated parameters to ensure the perfect quality, and the machine must be under perfect working condition.
