Before delivery, our engineer will do a strict inspection and check on the all the parameters and working performance, such as dynamic balance inspection, three-coordinates measuring inspection, spindle center line deviation inspection, parallelism inspection between working table and X axis Guide Way and etc.
The CNC Vertical Machining Center is also tested in our company by machining related workpieces with required tools. In the whole process, our engineer carefully inspected the testing process and keep record of all the parameters, and at last sign and stamp in the QC Report. After this running test, the machine must be under perfect working condition.
