Taesin High Torque and Power High Speed Machining Center has the large machine bed casting, which is good for high cutting performance, long-term accuracy and damping against vibration. The large-size and symmetrically designed bed structure can keep the machine in good geometries and uniform thermal characteristics.
Taesin High Torque and Power High Speed Machining Center has ribbed column which ensures the strength, rigidity and stability for vibration-free and chatter-free heavy cutting. Column has wide bottom, compatible with the bed, ensures stiffness, rigidity and dynamic stability for the Z-axis move. Similarly, the saddle and table are heavily reinforced to provide stability, support and precise tracking throughout the workzone for the heavy cutting.
