High Speed CNC Machining Center Introduction:
Taesin High Speed CNC Machining Center provides customers with highest quality, precison and long life span, which comes from our advanced technology, engineers' rich knowledge and workers' extremely careful assembly and testing. The repeated positioning accuracy is 0.01mm and the positioning accuracy is 0.015/300mm.
In order to improve the quality of casting, Taesin use high quality Meehannite casting and digitizing fromula. And we also use FEM standard to analyze the casting to improve the structure design, rib configuration and rigidigty of the machine.
The bigger span in the base can provide strong support and stable performance. And saddle is made wider and thicker to make the high speed cnc machining center can do heavy cutting and machining.
High Speed CNC Machining Center can improve machining and engraving by using high quality spindle with fast speed and higher feed rates, and at the same time, can improve the product finishing. Except the high spindle speed, some other factors like workpiece loading, width and depth of cut, machining path, machining tool, machine structure and construction and CNC control system can have an influence on the whole high speed machining. For making full use of all these factors, Taesin CNC Machine use international brand core parts: Japan Mitsubishi or Germany Siemens CNC control system, Taiwan Spindle and Linearway, Japan bearings, Japan Servo Motor.
High Speed CNC Machining Center Quality Control:
The machine is also inspected by our advanced engineers using the laser interferometer for the positioning deviation&repeatability according to the highest standard. The machine is also checked for its geometrical accuracies before delivering.
The CNC Horizontal Machining Center is also tested in our company with the related workpieces and required tool. And in the process, our engineer also fully inspected the testing process and achieve the highest precision.
Before delivering, we also verify all parameters against machine specification and technical data. Machine will run continuously for 8 hours at full rated parameters. After the running test, the machine should be under perfect working condition. After installation and commissioning, we guarantee that positional and geometrical accuracy values will be verified.
After completing all the inspection, a QC report with stamp and signature will go with the machine to ensure the quality.
