CNC Engraving Machine Features:
Taesin CNC Engraving Machine has the advantages: higher productivity, versatility and flexibility. The large bed casting can provide strong support for good machining performance, long term machining accuracy and damping against vibration. And the machine structure is also symmetrically designed which can give the machine good geometries and almost no vibration and no deformaiton.
The crossbeam is alos rib reinforced for a rigid and strong structure to provide a strong support for the spindle, which can also guarantee the stability and high precision machining. The ball screw is PMI or Hiwin brand from Taiwan, which has high rigidity and precision with the help of servo motor control.
The spindle speed can reach 24000 RPM, which is good for high quality finished surface and high precison machining. With 16T or 12T magazine and fast tool change time 2s, the CNC Engraving Machine can increase the productivity.

CNC Engraving Machine Quality Control:
For guaranting high quality products, we check and inspect the machine strictly and carefully in our company. The items inspected includes: positioning accuracy, repeated accuracy, parameters, control system, working table parallelism to X,Y Axis, geometrical accuracy and etc. And the testing with related workpieces and required tools is also done to check the machine quality and performance. We guarantee that the machining accuracy and range must meet the customers' technical requirement.
Before delivering, we also verify all parameters against machine specification and technical data. Machine will run continuously for 8 hours at full rated parameters. After the running test, the machine should be under perfect working condition. After installation and commissioning, we guarantee that positional and geometrical accuracy values will be verified.
