The rigid and huge column can provide 60m/min rapid traverse rate without deformation. The large span base has 6 point support which can provide solid structure, rapid traverse, anti-vibration and uneasy to deform. Low inertia spindle can make the machine more stable and tool exchange accurate. CNC Tapping Machine is also suitable for small hole processing. The use of servo motor for all the axis and human-friendly interface make the machine easy to operate.
In order to make higher productivity, we make the tool exchange time shorter and optimal structure design to achieve non-stop cutting. The direct drive servo motor can bring backlash free, accuracy and efficient axis move.
