CNC Tapping Machine Strict Quality Control :
For precision and accuracy, we use Heidenhain measuring system to check and inspect the CNC Tapping machine in the factory. After inspection, a QC report will come out to prove this machine has no problem and can be delivered to customers. The precision can be guaranteed after years' use.
The machine is also tested in our company with the required workpieces and related tool. The testing process is also inspected by our engineer. And all the parameters also checked and inspected according to the technical data listed in the manual. At the same time, the position accuracy and geometrical accuracy is also guaranteed.
